Cancellation
During trial
Our subscriptions come with a 7 day trial period. You can cancel at any time during this period and you will keep the subscription until the end of the trial. You will not be charged after the trial expires.
Example: If you start your trial on 1st October, you can cancel any time before 8th October and you won't be charged. You will keep your trial until 8th October. If you cancel on 8th October or after the subscription has started, you will be charged.
After trial
You can cancel at any time, you will keep your subscription until the end of your billing cycle (either monthly or yearly). You will not be charged once your subscription runs out.
Example: If your non-trial subscription started on 8th October and your subscription is monthly, if you cancel any time before 8th November, you will keep your subscription until 8th November. You won't be charged on the 8th November.
If you cancel on 9th November, your subscription will continue until 8th December. You will be charged on 8th November.

Refund Policy
If you have forgotten to cancel your subscription, you can request a refund by clicking the "Chat to us" button and sending us a message. Include details of the account you subscribed with.
Please note that if the message is received more than 4 days (96 hours) after the subscription has been renewed, we reserve the right to
- in case of a yearly subscription, charge you an equivalent of 1 month's subscription (priced monthly), then set the subscription to cancel 31 calendar days from the date of its renewal
- in case of a monthly subscription, set the subscription to cancel on the next billing cycle. The current cycle will not be refunded.
If the message is received before, we will issue a full refund.
