My diagram is empty upon reopening

Sometimes, when you open a previously saved diagram from the Cloud, it may initially appear to be blank. All the items are missing!

Do not worry, your diagram is still there, it may appear empty for various reasons:

• The diagram was initially edited on a different computer, with a different or larger resolution
• The diagram was zoomed and/or panned out of view and then saved

To fix this, click anywhere to make sure nothing is selected.

Then, in the top right panel, the "Diagram settings" panel should be active. Click on "Move items to center" in the Tools section and your diagram should come back into view.
