Grouping objects

Creating a group

When drawing complex diagrams, you may find it useful for certain objects to be joined together. You can do so by Grouping them. Select 1 or more items (or text labels) and click the Group objects button.

This creates a group of objects, these objects will always be selected together.

Editing a group

If you need to make adjustments to any of the items inside a group, you will need to first break up the group. Select the group and click  Ungroup objects.

After making adjustments to an item, you can then click  Regroup objects to restore the group it was part of.
